The advancement of education has opened the doors for learning at every stage of life, connecting it with practical application. This has added a new dimension of internationalism to education. This feature has helped the students and teachers of O.P. Jindal School to avail themselves of the experience of global connection with local efforts. The collaborative research-based projects and CPD courses of Connecting Classrooms have been worthy enough in this regard. This effort has developed the school curriculum and assessment towards the new step of the International Dimension in School. Timely feedback and evaluation of completed steps has further sharpen our efforts. I am glad to be a part of this mission and vision of our Principal Sir, under whose guidance we are able to move ahead with proper planning of developing today's child as a future global citizen through step-by-step activities. This has further helped to develop much required 21st century skills of 4 C's, i.e., communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking among the students. Their developed acceptance for differences, flexibility, teamwork, and leadership will indeed help them to fulfil the vision of being global and worthy human beings for the future world. Being an RIDS coordinator, this opportunity has given me great learning experiences both personally and professionally.
